Birds of a Feather

Come play in clay! Hand-build a birdhouse or village dwelling to sit amongst your garden flowers. Learn basic hand-building techniques including slab, coil and extrusions. After our abodes are built we'll have fun decorating with texture, glazes, beading and hand painted adornments.

The Art of Japanese Bookbinding

Learn the simplicity and beauty of the classic technique of Japanese bookbinding. Students will learn about traditional materials used in Japanese bookbinding as well as create their own four-hole pouch binding.

Painting & Colored Pencils

Every picture tells a story. This workshop will take you from the basic line drawing to a prepared gessoed board. Add acrylic paints and learn an illustrative technique with colored pencils to create shadows and highlights.
