Members' Exhibition is September 5-27, 2008
Your annual members exhibition is coming soon! Each member is welcome to submit one piece to be included in the show.

- To enter, fill out the entry form on the reverse side of this card and send it with a $5 entry fee to: The Arts Center, 719 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg, FL 33701
- All entry cards must be postmarked by July 1st
- Work must be delivered on Saturday August 23rd or Tuesday 26th from 10am to 4pm only — NO EXCEPTIONS
- Pickup of artwork is Tuesday through Saturday, September 30 - October 4, 2008 from 10am to 4pm. Work left for more than 30 days becomes property of The Arts Center.
Entry Information
- The Arts Center receives 35% commission on the retail price of the work sold in the exhibition. If your work is not for sale, please mark the appropriate box and list the insurance value in the space provided.
- OPTIONAL: Please submit ONE slide or CD of artwork by July 1st for possible use in publicity. Digital images must be in TIF file, saved at 300 dpi and a minimum of 3x5 inches in size. Please do not send jpegs.
- Work must be delivered with the ID label completed and attached.
- Artist must be a current Arts Center member. If your membership has lapsed, you may renew at time of entry.
- Work must have been completed during the last three years, and not previously exhibited at the Arts Center.
- Hanging works must be properly wired — no sawtooth hangers! Paint must be dry. Artwork not meeting basic criteria will not be included in the show.
- All work must not exceed 40 inches in any direction, including the frame. Weight must not exceed 50 lbs.
- Please enclose a $5 check made payable to The Arts Center for the entry fee.
