Joseph H. Spencer

is a pioneer of Multi Torch Fire Enameling, working in the field since 1970. He spent seven years as Artist in Residence at the Clearwater Kapok Tree Inn and has toured nationally with the World Art Shows of California. Mr. Spencer teaches at a number of art centers in the area and privately in his art studio in Safety Harbor.
